What's Up?

Hello,

My name is Tim Charles, and I have lived in the Yukon for most of my life. I am currently enrolled in the NCIT program at Yukon College. This semester I am taking Foundations of Web Development, which is an introductory course for designing web pages using HTML and XHTML. The course requires me to create a website about any topic I choose, I so decided make it about fishing in the Yukon. Throughout this site you will find information on different lakes all over the Yukon, as well as information on which fish may be found in those lakes. As an inexperienced fisher I've often found myself looking for information about fishing and lakes, so I hope you will enjoy this site as it begins to grow in the future.

This site will also provide rules and regulations, tips, and hotspots (if I can find any). There may also be a photo section added later as the site develops. I hope to have fun building this site, and learn more about the sport of fishing so that I may share it with you.

Here's an interesting video I found on YouTube. These bears will stand at the top of a waterfall and try to catch salmon as they jump up! Clever and evil at the same time.

While bear methods are effective, I prefer my own tools when it comes to catching fishing. It's not much, but take a look at my tackle collection. Hopefully to be expanding soon!

My web pages have all been validated for XHTML Transitional!
